An orange dot · a missing NFC card or paired device.

Most problems have a simple cause · a missing card, an unconnected account or NFC on the customer's side. Go through the checklist.

  • An orange dot on the PayPoint · an NFC PayPoint has no card, a terminal one has no paired device. Add them.
  • No bank account is connected · payments can only be issued once an account is connected (a red notice with a link).
  • The customer cannot pay · most often they have NFC switched off or the phone locked. They unlock it and tap again.
  • You have no product · a PayPoint cannot be created without an active product. Activate the product.
  • The card reports a conflict · it is assigned to another PayPoint. Remove it there, or use another one.

Reporting a fault

The „Report a fault“ button (at the top of the screen) opens a form with the fields Name, E-mail and Description of the fault. Give as much detail as you can in the description (the transaction ID, for example) · the faster we can help.
