Transaction overview, takings and export
Filtering and searching transactions, a summary of takings and export to PDF, XLSX or CSV, and by e-mail.
In the „Transactions“ section you see all payments. At the top is a summary of takings, below a filterable list with infinite scrolling.
Filters and search
- Period · Today, This week, This month, Custom or Unlimited.
- PayPoint and Employee · narrow it down to a specific place or member of staff.
- State and Direction · incoming/outgoing payments and the state of the transaction.
- Refund or void · include returns and voided payments.
- Search by transaction ID · you enter the short transaction code (A5DH8Q, for example) and find the specific payment.
Summary of takings
- Daily, weekly and monthly takings.
- Takings for the period and total takings.
- Takings by filter · responds to the filters you choose.
- Pending reverse payments · refunds that need to be confirmed.
Export
The button downloads an export according to your filters (PDF/XLSX/CSV) or today's takings (CSV). You can also have it sent to your e-mail (PDF + XLSX).
