How to add a place of business, make it visible on the „where to pay“ map and what to fill in about it.
A place of business is your specific branch. You link PayPoints to it and optionally publish it to customers. You add one with the „+ Add place of business“ button.
What you fill in for a place of business
- Basic information · name and services provided.
- Contact · responsible person, phone, e-mail. Can be pre-filled from an existing contact.
- Public place of business · ticking „I want this place of business to be public“ makes customers see it in the „where to pay“ list. You then choose categories, write an „About us“ and opening hours.
- Address · street, numbers, postcode, town. The „Same as the registered office address“ button copies the company address.
- Turnover · annual turnover, average transaction value and more.
- Photographs · the exterior and interior of the place of business, plus a logo.
A public place of business needs at least one category. Without it, it cannot be saved as public.
A place of business can be edited and removed. With Orbit L some fields are managed by the system.
