Meal and benefit cards on the terminal
On a Mo.one payment terminal you can also accept electronic meal and benefit cards. You activate acceptance directly with the card issuer.
Which cards the terminal accepts
- Edenred - Ticket Restaurant
- Benefit Plus
- Naše stravenka (Lidl)
- UP CZ (Chèque Déjeuner)
These are electronic cards, not paper meal vouchers. Paper vouchers cannot be processed by the terminal.
How to switch acceptance on
Activation does not happen automatically after signing a contract with Mo.one - you arrange it separately with each issuer whose cards you want to take.
- 1. Contact the issuer of the cards you want to accept.
- 2. Sign a cooperation agreement with them - Mo.one is not a party to it.
- 3. Give them your terminal ID. You will find it in the main menu of the payment app under Terminal ID (in the form NEXGXXXX or GTXXXXXX).
- 4. The issuer activates acceptance remotely. The procedure differs slightly between issuers.
Where to find the terminal ID
In the payment app on the terminal open the main menu and find the Terminal ID item. The card issuer will ask you for this number.
What to watch out for
- Until you have a contract with the meal voucher company, the terminal will not accept its cards.
- You deal with each issuer separately - activation with one does not apply to the others.
- The terms and fees are set by the card issuer, not by Mo.one.
