Orbit terminals and Orbit L onboarding
The Orbit S/M/L products, ordering Orbit L card services and handing over terminals, after which PayPoints are created.
The product determines how many PayPoints and what hardware you have. Orbit S comes without a terminal, Orbit M and Orbit L are physical Android terminals.

- 1Checklist of requirementsYou complete the basic merchant details, place of business, the bank account for payouts, details of the statutory representative, identity documents and the assignment of terminals to places of business.
- 2Agreements and the orderYou download the „Terminal loan agreement“ and the „Payment services agreement“, confirm that you have read them and tap „Order card services bindingly“.
- 3ProcessingWe process the order and inform you of the next steps by e-mail.
- 4Confirming receipt of the terminalsAfter delivery, in the „Terminal handover“ section you check the TID, serial numbers and model and tap „Confirm receipt of the terminals“.
Once handover is confirmed, the terminals are activated automatically as PayPoints in your account · which is why with Orbit L you do not create them by hand.
