A regular orders a flat white with oat milk. The waiter taps the product, the guest taps their phone. Done in 6 seconds, the money is already in your account.
The waiter on the terrace sends orders from a phone straight to the kitchen. Three cooks see three columns, the bar makes drinks in parallel. Timers make sure no guest waits more than eight minutes.
The supplier arrives with milk, coffee and cups. You scan the barcodes, stock is booked in, the invoice is recorded. Recipes recalculate the new cost of each dish.
You open the reports. Today's takings 14 200 Kč, twelve percent above last week. Mo.one suggests: coffee slows down after seven in the evening, send a 2 + 1 espresso invitation.
One tap closes the day. Takings and VAT statements for your accountant, invoices, records. The shift closes, the till locks, you go home.
A bill opened on the till is visible to the waiter on their phone and handled by the cook on a watch. The guest pays with a phone on the terminal, or just taps the PayPoint on the table. Everyone sees the same order - no waiting, no syncing.
